Y’all come on out for a day of fun and fellowship all while supporting a great cause. All proceeds will go to Zach McCann, former Banks County Extension Agent. Sponsorships are also available.

Georgia Cattlemen's Association is working to coordinate both donation of fencing supplies to our members affected by Hurricane Helene, as well as volunteer crews to help our members with the clearing and rebuilding of their fences. We are working to determine drop-off locations for fencing supplies so if you are able to donate, please call our office at (478) 474-6560 or email [email protected] to find out where you can drop items off at near you! If you are able to volunteer your time and labor to help clear and rebuild fences, please call our office at (478) 474-6560 or email [email protected] to be put on our list. If you would like to sign up to volunteer and have access to chainsaws and fencing supplies, that would be very helpful as well! Once we compile those lists and determine areas of priority that we have access to, we will contact everyone on that list to give them more details on where and when they can help.

We are also working on compiling a list of those who need help with clearing and rebuilding fence. If you are in need of assistance or know someone who is, please let us know that as well.

STATE CHAMPIONS!!! Congratulations to the Senior Wildlife CDE team for winning the state competition today! These four individuals were named state champions, and they are Garrison Fowler (1st Place in General ID), Reagen Ferguson (1st Place in Aquatics), Raegan Gilbert (1st Place in Whitetail), and Eric Ashworth (Game Bird). Congrats to these individuals for a job well done!
