Today I had the privilege of once again working with future fi****ms instructors who continue to come back for more training, more knowledge, and more professional development.

That says a lot.

In a profession where many stop learning after obtaining a certification, these instructors understand that true mastery is a lifelong pursuit. They continue seeking out different schools of thought, advanced tactics, coaching techniques, and real-world applications to become the best instructors possible for their future students.

Today’s focus was on:

✅ Defensive Accuracy
✅ Shooting Under Time Constraints
✅ Stress-Induced Performance Drills
✅ Use of Cover and Positional Shooting
✅ Decision Making Under Pressure
✅ Real-World Defensive Shooting Concepts
✅ Accountability for Every Round Fired

Anyone can shoot a tight group standing still on a square range.

The real challenge begins when the clock is running, movement is involved, cover must be utilized, and accuracy standards remain high.

These drills expose weaknesses, build confidence, and develop the skills necessary to perform when performance truly matters.

As an instructor, I am proud to help verify, mentor, and develop the next generation of fi****ms instructors. Watching dedicated professionals continue investing in themselves and refusing to become complacent is exactly what elevates the entire training community.
