Huge high-fives to the committed club in June! 14+ classes amidst summer's crazy schedule?
You guys must've mainlined coffee and discipline.
Skipped the regular gym today… apparently my membership there is optional.
But missing my CrossFit Victorious crew? That’s just not happening.
Strong is not the opposite of beautiful—it expands the definition of it.
For too long, women have been taught to chase “skinny” instead of strength. But strength means so much more than how you look.
Muscle isn’t something to fear. It’s a sign of what your body can do, not just how it appears.
Your worth isn’t measured by the number on the scale or the size of your jeans. It’s measured by the life you get to live in a body that supports you.

One of the best days in the gym is deadlift day. The Legends class had some great lifts today and continues to show that strength training is one of the best investments you can make in your health. Deadlifts help build strength, support bone and joint health, improve balance and mobility, and even contribute to better brain health as we age.
