W O W! What a year it has been!! Our officers & members put in a lot of work to bring SASP to life within our program & at TAMUC. We are so honored to have received the “New Organization of the Year” award at last weeks Banquet & to know that our efforts this year have been impactful. A BIG shout out to our President & Founder Kelli Lahman for encouraging us all & leading by example🙌🏽

🎉CONGRATULATIONS are in order. Our Vice President, Joanne Blast, graciously received the “Ripple Award” at TAMUC’s Student Organization Awards Banquet! Joanne has definitely done her part to positively enhance the A&M Commerce community, student experiences, & organizations. Not only is she our amazing VP, but she also serves as a Master’s/Specialist Rep to the Grad Council.

Last night was a blast! Thank you to everyone who came out for the fun. So glad we were all able to get together for the first time this school year. Can’t wait for many more gatherings with our whole program🤞🏿☺️

So proud that SASP has been nominated for a Student Organization Award. Being recognized for the efforts our org has put in the last year is a honor in itself.🙌🏽. We can’t wait to see all the other amazing organizations on our campus at the banquet Tuesday!

It has been a tough couple semesters for us all. Don’t forget there are supports available on campus when needed. The psychology clinic offers a full range of psychological assessment and therapy services to students and families. This is a great resource to have handy if you need to seek out these services yourselves or to provide to your friends/family since the clinic provides teletherapy services for those that live far from campus during these times. Also, a really cool aspect is that the clinic can adjust their rates based on a potential client's income.  Call or email to learn more or schedule an appointment!💛🤍

SASP is so super excited & proud to share that TAMUC’s School Psych program was chosen as 1/3 to be nationally recognized by NASP to receive the “Honorable Mention Outstanding Graduate Program” during .

A special shout out to all our members and leadership team who worked tirelessly during to promote the school psych profession, positively impact our communities, & show appreciation to school psychologists within and outside of our program. We are all so lucky to be amongst such passionate future LSSPs!
