PRICE INCREASE ANNOUNCEMENT – May 2, 2022
To Our Valued Customers,
Effective with shipments on or after May 2, 2022, CEMCO will raise prices on ALL PRODUCTS FOR ALL MARKETS.
This is a response to our supplier steel mill’s price increase announcements affecting our incoming steel purchases arriving in May, 2022. These announcements are directly related to the recent events in Ukraine which resulted in new challenges affecting the supply for both finished steel and the inputs for steel production. This tightening has been further magnified by the rapidly increasing costs associated with freight.
Your updated price sheets relating to this current announcement will be available from your sales representative within the next few weeks.
As per our revised job quote policy effective July 8, 2021, all quotes will be honored if they were committed in writing within 30 days of being written. Quoted pricing will be FIRM for 180 days from the date created.
