Big congrats to Ella for Leveling Up at CUP! ✨🎉 Our mission is to impact young adults, but Ella made just as big an impact on us. Her authenticity and connection with others was inspiring. We’re so proud and know she’ll shine in all that’s to come!

Leveling up at CUP means they’ve successfully completed our Beyond the Job training and YEP program, gaining the skills, experience, and confidence to step into the workforce or launch into adulthood equipped for success.👏💙

The Community Uplift Partnership (CUP) is the nonprofit that runs Reunion Coffee House, Taza Coffee House, and AnyThink Coffee House. Soon we will be opening our fourth location in Historical Commerce City. We strengthen the young adults in our community through safe and healthy work environments, accredited and skill-targeted education programs, and intentional mentorship.
