Guardian Alarm Acquires of SDG Security. Guardian Alarm announced it has completed its acquisition of Columbus-based SDG Security.

We have some big news! After a 36-year successful run, I’m happy to announce that SDG Security has entered into an agreement with Guardian Alarm to take over our business! The transition will take a little bit of time, but I’m grateful we’ve found what we feel is a good fit for our current customers and I’m looking forward to slowly easing into (partial?) retirement over the next few months! To our current customers, don’t worry – the transition should be seamless to you. And to everyone else, I may be more available for lunch going forward. Bruce 😊
