Miniature enthusiasts and lovers of all things teeny tiny will not want to miss The Tiny Show featuring hundreds of artworks under six inches across a variety of mediums, including paintings, sculptures and mixed media work. The Tiny Show will take place place May 23 & 24 from 11am-6pm and will be a first look at Wild Goose Creative’s future home at 480 W. Town St., where we are moving next month!

The Tiny Show will be held concurrently with Jeni’s Ice Creams and Land-Grant Brewing Company’s annual Strawberry Jam, which will take place immediately outside the gallery. We strongly encourage use of public transportation, biking, ride sharing and other alternative methods of transportation to The Tiny Show as parking in Franklinton will be in high demand!

Join us for the gallery opening of In Bloom tomorrow from 6-9pm during Franklinton Fridays! In Bloom brings together the work of Grace Johnson and Liz Trapp in a meditation on growth, memory, and the quiet transformations embedded in everyday life. Though working in distinct mediums, both artists root their practices in an attentive observation of the natural world and the intimate spaces we inhabit, revealing how cycles of blooming – botanical, emotional, and domestic – shape our sense of time and belonging.

THE TINY SHOW - It's Gonna Be Huge will open in the NEW Wild Goose Creative Space on May 23rd and 24th during Jeni's Strawberry Jam Festival at Land-Grant Brewing. Artists receive 75% of art sales, and Wild Goose Creative receives 25%, which goes to support programming in the new space.

Requirements:
- Artwork must be under 6 inches (including frame)
- Any medium (Ex. doll furniture / paintings / illustrations).
- Up to 10 submissions per artist

Deadline to apply: May 3, 2026
Acceptance emails sent: May 11, 2026

Janelle is an artist, curator, educator, and arts administrator. Her interest lies in cultivating accessible programming that invites artists and audiences to engage with contemporary art, performance, and creative collaboration.

With more than a decade of experience in arts education, nonprofit programming, and curatorial practice, Janelle focuses on supporting artists at every stage of their careers and deepening the creative connections that define Columbus’ independent arts community. Her approach emphasizes interdisciplinary programming, creative risk-taking, and opportunities for artists to share and develop new work in supportive, community-centered environments.

Janelle maintains an active studio practice spanning performance, installation, and visual art. Her work has been exhibited and performed nationally and internationally. She holds an MFA from Columbus College of Art & Design and a BFA from Ohio University.

She has 3 cats, her favorite shape is a triangle, and her favorite color is Prussian Blue.

Join us for the gallery opening of The Uterus Project and Untethered tonight from 6-9pm during Franklinton Fridays! Coming together as an independent artist and a collection of artists, March’s Wild Gallery exhibition questions what it is like to be a woman in today’s world. In honor of Women’s History Month, celebrate what it means to be a woman and gather through times of hardship. Through a variety of mediums, take a look into each artists’ views on womanhood and the world.
