🎉 RL Property Management - Celebrating 12 Years This Week!

It’s wild to think how far we’ve come... from Peter Lohmann and Adam Rich brainstorming in an apartment with no clients, no license, and no professional PM experience... to a thriving team managing hundreds of residential units across Central Ohio.

We happened to have a leadership offsite this week too, which made the milestone feel even more meaningful. It was great to step back, zoom out, and think about how we can continue to grow, improve, and serve our clients even better in the years ahead.

A big thank you to our amazing team (both local and remote), our clients, our residents, and everyone who’s been part of the journey so far. Looking forward to many more amazing years to come.

Still buzzing from last week’s NARPM Broker/Owner Conference & Expo in Colorado Springs!

Between the incredible mountain views, great conversations, and powerhouse presentations, this year’s event felt like one of the best yet!

RL's very own Peter Lohmann took the stage for a lively discussion with Mark Brower! It was a thoughtful and engaging presentation, sparking important questions about alignment, fairness, and the role of a PM in an owner’s success.

Of course, it wasn’t all business. We connected with amazing people, shared laughs on scenic hikes and train rides through the mountains, and came away feeling inspired and energized.

Thanks to National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) and everyone who worked so hard to make this event happen. We’re proud to be part of this community and excited for what’s ahead!
