This custom ranch was masterfully crafted in collaboration with the homeowners, with every space intentionally designed to reflect their unique lifestyle and personal taste. From the moment you arrive, the home feels warm and inviting—thanks to a harmonious blend of natural elements, neutral tones, and striking bronze and black accents both inside and out.
Perfectly positioned on the homesite, the layout was designed to welcome the outdoors in, with oversized windows that frame serene views and flood the interiors with natural light. The formal foyer offers a stunning first impression, showcasing custom glass doors leading to a private office and a dramatic staircase that anchors the home.
Arched barrel ceilings guide you into the heart of the home, where an expansive open-concept layout reveals a chef-inspired kitchen, elegant dining area, and a one-of-a-kind home pub. The pub channels a stylish mix of industrial edge and 1920s charm, with every detail—down to the custom cabinetry and hardware—carefully curated.
From the kitchen, you can pour a glass of wine and step out to the covered porch, or cozy up by the fireplace for a relaxing evening in the Great Room. Thoughtful functionality shines in the oversized walk-in pantry, spacious laundry room, and private guest en-suite.
The owner’s wing is a true retreat, featuring a luxurious suite with dual bathrooms designed to perfection. The lower level is equally impressive, offering a temperature-controlled wine nook, full bar, entertainment zone, golf simulator, private gym, and two additional bedrooms with en-suite baths. Even the powder room makes a statement, with its natural stone vessel sink and bold checkered floors.
