The Meatball Chop Cheese — chopped beef & pork meatballs, mozzarella, pesto, vodka sauce.

The Italian Beef — braised Caldwell Farms beef, provolone, spicy pickled peppers, Calabrian chili mayo, and jus on ciabatta.

Both served with fries.

Tonight's feature: Poblano Steak Pasta.
Fire-roasted poblano & caramelized leek cream, lumache pasta, Calabrian-infused sundried tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, and sliced bavette steak.
