As a Black woman entrepreneur and the founder of BEARD Flooring, I stand for breaking generational curses, building legacy, and pouring love and intention into everything I do. My mission is rooted in excellence, fairness, and the desire to empower women, especially those who've been overlooked, to take back their power with confidence, skills, and opportunity.

Because ... BEARD Flooring is more than a business, it's a movement rooted in purpose, power, and precision. Founded by myself, Salinee "Nico" Carpenter-Beard, a visionary Black Woman, and entrepreneur, BEARD Flooring is redefining what it means to build. We don’t just install floors—we lay foundations. Foundations of legacy, ownership, and self-determination.
This brand was born from a deeper drive than profit. My motivation comes from my family, my daughter, my wife, my brothers, my sisters, my cousins and for every Beard that has passed on. RIP. 🙏🏾
BEARD Flooring is My answer to generational healing. It’s not just about quality craftsmanship; it’s about clarity, knowledge, and reclaiming peace. It’s about creating something that no one can ever take away, True self, True acceptance, True healing and peace.
