Got to play with my new lens at in SC while visiting my sister-in-law and my adorable new niece. So obviously I’m posting of a snake 😂 but so cute 😍

I realized I got off track a bit (a lot), when things got hectic with life, and I hadn’t posted anything in two weeks. But after attending a virtual networking event that discussed branding concepts and techniques, I decided to change how I manage my pages. I’m going to move my posts to my regular IG and leave these posts for anything truly related to my photography business. I do think it’s been great giving myself this challenge, and when I have photos that fit, I’ll definitely still post them here! Thank you for following me and joining me on this crazy journey, and I can’t wait to continue building up this business that I love so much!

This past weekend was my kids’ last Pinewood Derby Race with the Cub Scouts. They had a blast while they designed and painted their cars, even though it was bittersweet. Now we just have to put shelves up to display the cars and trophies from over the years!

Every year my daughter and I have a tradition of creating a snow penguin army. With Snowmaggedon crashing down on Saturday, today I finally made it outside to build our first penguin. Sydnee has been making more, so we’ll see how many we can make this year 😂 ☃️❄️☃️❄️☃️❄️

Since I’m working again on expanding my portfolio, I was excited to chat with Laura from and get some pictures of one of her adorable spooders!! So cute, and he was the perfect model for me 😍 She has a booth at the held every month at the Franklin County Fairgrounds, and super knowledgeable, so check her out!

A day late in posting, but we were able to celebrate a late Christmas this weekend with my mom and family. And of course you can’t have a Christmas weekend without a gingerbread, courtesy of Sydnee. She was very methodical in the decorating, so of course I had to snap a pic ❤️
