One of my best buds, The DJ Dan Clark, will now be opening up the night on the 1’s and 2’s for my show at The Brass Hat in Waconia, MN on Thurs 11/30! 🎧🎶 He’ll get the turntables going at 630, and I’ll start at 7.

To everyone that plans on coming, which I’m overwhelmed with the texts and DMs I’ve received already (in the best way!), I highly recommend coming a bit earlier now and make sure to see his set AND to grab a table or a spot at the bar. There is no option for table reservations, and we expect it to be a FULL house. This will be a memorable night, no doubt… I can’t wait to see y’all!

This song is really special, and it’s also unique and different from anything I’ve done so far. When you listen to it, you might feel sadness, or positivity, or heaviness, or optimism, or hope, or love… or all of the aforementioned.

I was asked late last year if I would be willing to turn a poem into a song (with music)… something that’s not easy to do, and something I’ve not tried before, but a challenge I was up for immediately and without hesitation. An honor… truly.🙏🏼

It’s even more special though for my friend, Michelle Wix, as the poem (also now a song) was given to her by her late son a couple of days before he passed away in an accident about 10 years ago. He was born on Mother’s Day… and he passed away on Mother’s Day.❤️+💔

She had always wanted to have this poem turned into a song, and I guess I was the one that was supposed to make that a reality.❤️

I hope this songs moves you, in whatever way it’s supposed to. And the best way for music to get heard by more people is to share it… thanks in advance!

I've been working hard on these off and on the past couple of months, as I've wanted to be more creative with handwritten lyrics... and I came up with something that I'm confident many of you will love:) It took quite some time for me to figure out how to do this and how to put them all together, but I'm proud of the finished product!

Many of you have told me over the past year or so, and even since my early days of songwriting, that you have (or your child has) a favorite song of mine, which is the coolest thing to hear! So, I created these to be special gifts for you OR anyone that you know would like to have one (or more) of my songs handwritten and personalized. This is a REALLY great gift for this time of year, if I must say so myself:)

And what is a "waveform", you might ask? A waveform is typically a graphic representation of the shape of a wave that indicates its characteristics (such as frequency and amplitude)... and in this case... the recordings of 11 of my Original songs:) Each waveform that you see is unique to each of my original songs.
