Making a difference starts with small actions. Last week our Charlotte team took a big step toward making the world a better place by volunteering at . They helped sort food, medicine, household items, school supplies, and outdoor equipment for those in need.

We're excited to announce that our Director of People Operations, Deborah Andrews, has been recognized as a 2023 Medical Mutual Pillar Award for Community Service Honoree with Smart Business Network. Deborah's leadership and passion for giving back to the community are evident day in and day out. She's helped spearhead countless company-wide volunteering initiatives, including forming a team of riders and challengers for last year, raising vital funds for cancer research, and our most recent "Cause of the Quarter" with and providing support and holiday gifts for 40+ children in kinship foster care.
