Here’s a look at the IKO Dynasty roofing system we recently installed in Baltimore, OH. 🏡
This insurance restoration project started out as a repair but with the proper documentation provided we were able to help this homeowner receive a full replacement including an all new roof covering, accessories, underlayment, and code upgrades including ; ice/water barrier & chimney saddle along with replacement of some delaminated/water saturated decking. 🛠️
The color is Glacier and the product is a major upgrade from the 3-tab shingle previously installed. Thank you to Cullen for trusting Darby Builders to navigate the insurance claim, & restore your home to a condition even better than it was pre storm-loss 🙏🏼
