Every office needs play.
Not because people need to be entertained. Because play helps people connect, listen, adapt, and think faster together.
A lot of our work at WitWorks has been inspired by the work of Stuart Brown and the ideas in Play.
We use applied improvisation to help teams practice real workplace skills through active experiences instead of lectures.
When people laugh together, take small risks, and stay present in the moment, trust grows faster.

Improv has had such a strong impact on the lives and careers of WitWorks co-founders and that they began to wonder if others experienced the same lasting effect.
