Meet Executive Chef Louis Rodriguez 🔥

Louis began his culinary journey stocking shelves at a small grocery store that also operated a kitchen, eventually stepping onto the line after a coworker quit—and never looking back. Since joining Cameron Mitchell Restaurants in 2018, he’s grown through roles at The Avenue and Marcella’s, and now leads the kitchen here at Lincoln Social Rooftop.

His favorite part of the job? “The people. Our Associates bring the vibe and energy that make every shift fun.”

Outside the kitchen, Louis lives in Westerville with his wife and kids, loves grilling steak for his family, and swears by a sharp chef’s knife. His advice to aspiring chefs below!
