NJASAP Family was created to cultivate a strong pilot family network with an emphasis on education and information.
Contract talks are a stressful time for every pilot family, and given the length of most traditional bargaining cycles, this takes a significant toll on pilots and their loved ones. For this reason, the NJASAP developed the Family Awareness Program to support our families during this trying time. Specifically, the program is intended to:

Time is running out! 🕗 Check your FSA balance before Dec. 31, because only $680 is eligible to roll over into 2026. Eligible expenses made no later than Dec. 31, 2025, can still be claimed through March 31, 2026; remaining 2025 funds (up to $680) will roll over in April. Use it or lose it!
