Amanda joined Coastal Ridge as our very first Office Manager, and her path since has taken her through HR, payroll and benefits, accounts receivables during Covid, and now Strategic Operations, where she leads compliance work that’s evolved from fully manual lease file audits to an AI-assisted process nearly four years in the making.

Along the way, she’s built a reputation for meeting every new challenge head-on, proving that the best process improvements are built with the people who use them, not handed down to them.

Her advice for anyone new to Coastal? “Ask questions and learn everything you can. Knowledge is power here, take advantage of the people around you who are willing to share it.”

Coastal Ridge recently welcomed Elizabeth Cummings to the team as an Accounts Payable Associate. In her role, Elizabeth is responsible for processing all vendor disbursements, tenant move-out payments, reconciling and balancing credit cards, and conducting other accounting-related reporting. Cait joined Coastal Ridge as a Regional Leasing Manager and has since been promoted four times, now serving as our Executive Director of Sales & Learning.

Over the past decade, she’s helped grow our National Leasing Specialist team from 3 to more than 20, built the SOPs that guide us today, and helped bring our annual leadership conference, Elevate, to life.

Her advice for anyone new to Coastal? “It’s a privilege to provide people with homes they can be proud of... celebrate the good — it surrounds you every day.”
