https://youtu.be/msUeG_o-XJg Purchased by Jeff Stillwell in 2013, the home sits high above Lake Oliver on the Georgia side, commanding sweeping views across the water to Alabama’s largely untouched shoreline. Just as compelling as the setting was the home’s promise, its quiet potential and the vision of what it could become with time.

https://youtu.be/msUeG_o-XJg Erin and Jeff Stillwell’s living room aesthetic leans toward clean lines with a subtle modern edge. Anchoring the space is a custom sectional sofa designed by Beth Beaudoin Humphreys of B-Line Studio, accented in luxurious Thibaut fabrics. Custom steel-and-glass windows from Valley Fir highlight the home’s connection to the outdoors. Valley Fir also custom designed the fireplace mantel using reclaimed wood from the old Chattahoochee Dam. The flooring and rug were sourced through Tom Phillips Floor Covering. https://youtu.be/1nZtD1iYth8?si=Kt2I4L247tSXmvrX Interior Decorator Sally Wilder selected Farrow & Ball Oval Room Blue to envelop the living room in a rich, inviting hue. An antique Heriz rug, woven with deep blues and warm reds, anchors the space. A curated collection of Blue Willow porcelain frames an English needlepoint tapestry, a cherished piece Sally owned for years before selling it on to Brantley. The second picture shows the mantel that was sourced from Sweet Home Antiques, and was given an aged finish by Allison Wickham using her signature dirty coat technique. Above an antique chest, a striking oil painting of a ship from the Plantation Shop in Atlanta fits seamlessly into the space

Floor Covering. A leather Chesterfield sofa and a pair of wool plaid armchairs lend the space a warm, masculine character, while a bold drum pendant trimmed in leather adds a refined touch. Custom Lee Jofa pillows featuring flying ducks coordinate with the draperies designed by Maggie Griffin, bringing pattern and personality to the room. At the center, an antique coffee table features another floral arrangement by Betsy Illges.
