It is also worth pointing out that Woda Cooper Companies' co-developer for Lockbourne Greene is Healthy Homes led by Executive Director Gretchen West.

PCI Design Group is proud to be the architect for Lockbourne Greene now under construction. The 60-unit apartment community is a 3-story, 71,000 sq. ft. building on the South Side of Columbus. It will include an onsite affordable early learning center facilitated by SpoutFive which will prioritize resident families.

Co-developer is Healthy Homes, an affiliate of Community Development for All People and Nationwide Children's Hospital.
Completion will be mid 2023.

Healthy Homes and Woda Cooper Companies, Inc. are demonstrating the success in drawing together an excellent team of partners to make something great happen. We are very excited to be on that team.

Wow! We are honored to be designer for this tremendous community - The Livingston. Today it was named the Senior Category winner in the Charles L. Edson Tax Credit Excellence Awards. The LIvingston blends vintage and modern design by combining iconic 1940s architecture features from the old Livingston Theater with modern new housing design. What a great project to be part of with Woda Cooper Companies, Inc.!

It was fun moment to be part of the ribbon-cutting celebration and witness our building design as it comes to life as a fully operating affordable housing community with LIVE/WORK units.
