Yesterday, Avaap’s Women in Leadership resource group hosted a panel discussion in honor of International Women’s Day. We were honored to hear from Olga Osaghae, VP & CIO of Howard University, Sarah Moore, Leadership Coach & Author, and Yahaira Rose, Founder of Proyecto Mariposas.

International Women's Day (IWD) is on March 8 and is a global day to celebrate the social, economic, cultural, and political achievements of women. As we strike the 2025 IWD pose, Avaap is proud to recognize the strength, leadership, and impact of women in our organization.

Avaap was thrilled to lace up and sponsor the Ronald McDonald House of Houston's Run for the House 5k! Team members Austin Bradshaw, Brittany Hammerschmidt, and Vanessa Ozornia joined the run, supporting RMH's mission of providing housing and resources for sick children and their families.

Happy Halloween! The Avaap Columbus office celebrated with a costume competition, potluck, and desk trick-or-treating!

The Avaap team took the Ronald McDonald House to support Childhood Cancer Awareness Month. This September, Avaap employees and the Avaap Charitable Board donated $1,200 to the Ronald McDonald House of San Antonio and filled the office with striped socks!
