Hi, Peeps! I hate to say this because it makes me depressed, but I am no longer doing large furniture. Just small pieces like a chair or coffee table, and so on. My back just won't let me move big pieces and I'm going to listen to it this time. Lol! But I'm still creating and painting and selling stuff. Below is an old clock bought at the thrift store, doesn't work. So I gave it a new look and it makes me happy! I love to do these, so if you have one you want done, let me know!! 🐔🥚

Finished the second piece! I got creative with making something where the mirror was and I came up with a New Orleans favorite - harlequin print. I couldn't fix the other door either so, it may show up added on to something else.😁 O finished inside the drawers, one with black felt, the other two with a printed wallpaper. New k***s added a little bling. Hope you like. 😊🐔

Starting on this piece now. This beauty had a accident on the way to my home and the top part with the mirror broke off. Ugh. I was able to salvage the top but not the mirror. So not only do I have to fix the door, I have to come up with an idea to replace the mirror. It was so beautifully antiqued...arrrgghh! 😫

Finished! Curing time 48 hrs.

Latest projects. I bought two beautiful pieces after our estate sale ended. They were still left and they called to me, so I bought them. Lol!
This is the first one I started. It's gorgeous and is structurally good, just banged up from normally use.
I sanded it down, stained the drawers, top, sides and the details on the front. I did the rest in twilight blue. I'll be doing the drawers sides and insides later.

Finished with both pieces! Here's the chest of drawers and the vanity. The last picture is the "before" of the chest.
And the mirror is done but not connected yet. 🤞😁

Here's the little stool. Mean little Bo**er and after fighting to het it together, I have to paint it again. Ugh. When you undo those bolts, the nasty creature totally collapses like one of those wire puzzles you see around Christmas. Putting the upholstery on was a breeze but then we had to put the legs on, which swung freely once released from it's shackles. I had to call in my husband to help wrestle the beast to the ground and force it into submission. Anyway, here it is, pre-paint touch up.
