I will just start this post by saying, a while ago we took a project that required A full rewiring of a homes electrical system due to the fact that it was basically rebuilt. And when I say it was a mess when I got there, it was a MESS. We worked our way through this project, adding ceiling fans and overhead lighting when there was none before, and getting the house a much safer electrical layout in the attic.

Wow… we are in the middle of this project right now. This is what it looked like when we first arrived at the home. I was called out to remove “a few can lights” and I just ran there after I was “done” for the day to discover this. This home is getting all new trusses so all of the electrical needed to be removed. This was a fire waiting to happen. All the existing electrical in the attic has been removed and we are in the middle of replacing it all to code.
