I have been waiting to share some BIG News! Finally, I can let you all know that I will be featured on the new TLC series, One Day In My Body! This series highlights individuals living with rare or unusual medical conditions, exploring their daily lives, obstacles, and triumphs. I’m looking forward to the world seeing how I approach life and adversities with gratitude and a whole lot of tenacity! 💃

Sometimes it’s hard to navigate through a world that’s much different but then you try on a new dress and it fits. Then you remember that you were made to shine, exactly how you are. ✨

I recently had the honor of hosting the location for and having a small part in the filming for The Whispering Sisters. A film about five women survivors of domestic violence, who find connection, strength and voice through music.

My scene was centered around my artwork and the story behind it. The Tiffany Blues is a piece that speaks of my experience through the dark times and a reminder that even though life can be distorted, there is still beauty behind the blues. This project resonated with me on so many levels and I’m so glad I could get it together enough to participate. I was not feeling so good but I wanted to be part of this experience so bad. There was even a moment I looked down at my hands to realize my body was giving me signs that it was time to take a break. I too am a survivor of domestic violence and almost lost my life from the experience. Having good people helped me make it through that, just like having good people in my life now are helping me get through the trauma I just went through.

I actually met .ravinemusic through one of my music showcases at several years ago and who connected me with this project. Ever since she walked through the door it was an immediate click and she has been by my side through some really tough times and has also been cheering me on during my best! I met so many amazing people during this project. literally carried me like a baby up & down the stairs through the snow to the studio because I couldn’t walk. So many people helped me through and reminded me that I am not alone.

Today I was able to get out and enjoy some time in a special place. It’s been a long while since I’ve been able to take a hike and one of my favorite places to be is in the trees. The sun felt good and the quiet was calming. It was good for my state of mind, body and spirit. Looking forward to when I can do more of that.

When Irish eyes are smiling, you can see right to her soul. A happiness so bright & a loyal heart full of gold.
There’s no need for convincing, for it’s very easy to see, that behind those smiling Irish eyes, is a genuine & honest girl, that irish girl is me! 🍀🍯🌈⭐️
