The Ridge is a casual worship experience where the focus is on God and His relationship with us.
It’s easy to drift. Sometimes it happens so slowly that we don’t even realize how far we’ve gotten.
But God is always calling us back.
If you feel far from Him, repent and fix your eyes again. If you feel forgotten, fix your eyes and follow again. If you’ve been distracted, remember where your attention is leading you.
Your attention determines your direction. Your direction determines your destination.
So today, fix your eyes on Jesus.

This week in The Path, we were reminded that where our attention goes, our lives tend to follow.
What has your attention right now? And is it taking you where you actually want to go?
Your attention determines your direction, and your direction determines your destination. That’s why we’re called to fix our eyes on Jesus. Not just look away from distractions, but intentionally look to Him. Hebrews 12:2
Look where you’re going. Fix your eyes on Jesus. Follow Him.

Just because everyone is doing it doesn’t mean it’s wise.
It’s easy to follow the crowd—to assume that if everyone else is doing something, we should be doing it too. But wisdom isn’t found in simply following the herd.
What everybody else is doing may not be what God is calling you to do.
So ask yourself: Am I following the crowd, or am I following Jesus?

Week 4 of The Path: Getting Help Along the Way.
We were never meant to walk the road alone. Wisdom begins with the humility to admit that someone else may see what we cannot.
Not everyone needs a voice in your life. We need wise voices—people who love Jesus, know Scripture, love us enough to encourage us, challenge us, and tell us the truth.
If we only listen to people who agree with us, we’re not seeking wisdom. We’re seeking validation.
So this week, ask yourself: Who has permission to speak into your life? Who are you following? And where do you need wisdom?
Identify one area where you need direction. Find someone farther down that road. Ask for their counsel, listen without defending yourself, and bring what you hear before God and His Word.
You don’t have to know everything about the road ahead. You just need the humility to listen to wise voices and the faith to follow Jesus.

It’s easy to recognize self-deception in someone else, but it’s much harder to stop and ask if our own hearts could be deceiving us.

Sometimes we need to be willing to sit with the truth: “My heart is going to deceive me.”
Don’t just follow your heart. Follow the path and trust the Guide.

❤️ Your Heart Matters | The Path — Week 3
Our hearts matter, but our feelings aren’t always the best guide. When what we feel conflicts with what God has said, God’s Word has to win.
This week, we’re reminded to:
→ Trust the Lord with all our heart
→ Seek His will in all we do
→ Acknowledge God in all our ways
→ Stay connected to Christian community
→ Trust Him with the areas we haven’t surrendered
There is a path we want to take, and there is a path God knows leads to life.
