The Berardi team had the privilege of attending the Cleveland Restoration Society’s Celebration of Preservation Awards. We are honored to have contributed as the architect for the residential portion of the project, which received the Distinguished Restoration and Adaptive Use Award for the Bulkley Building.

The Bulkley Residences, located in Playhouse Square, transformed a former office building into a dynamic mixed-use environment featuring 84 apartments, along with office, dining, and social spaces - bringing renewed life to this historic landmark.

Thank you to our project partners for their collaboration in making this transformation possible.

It’s always inspiring to join industry leaders, developers, and housing advocates who are working to create stronger, more equitable communities across Ohio.

Congratulations to Community Housing Network on the Grand Opening of Poplar Fen Place, which provides 44 permanent supportive housing units for elderly. This milestone marks an important step in expanding safe, stable, and dignified housing options for our community’s seniors, and we are grateful to have been a small part of it!

This month we’d like to highlight Morgan Dettwiller! As a Project Leader, Morgan guides each phase of a project with care and precision— starting from schematic design and continuing into technical applications focused on code analysis and compilation of architectural drawings – working through planning, detailing, and coordination of engineering disciplines. Her skill sets have proved to be critical in working on historic projects in Asheville, NC, where she has helped throughout the construction process – working closely with the client and general contractor as we complete the projects. Morgan’s steady leadership, attention to detail, and commitment to quality make her an essential part of our team. We’re proud to highlight her this month and celebrate the work she’s doing to bring Battery Park and Vanderbilt Apartments back to life.
