Is a program designed by the young people for the young people to have an open forum safe place to talk about any subject and open lines of communication.

Teens Speak Out/OVAL is a program started by youth for youth, this is a forum to have open and honest discussions about everyday stresses and pressures that they face and either don't feel that they have someone to talk to, or they don't know how to approach these subjects with family. This page is primarily for the youth, they can post poems, thoughts and topics for discussion.
