The first Monday of the new year is probably the most dreaded Monday of the year. Sharing my morning notes. Habits to live by: Create a Morning Routine. Get Ready for the day. Have a designated workspace. Create a daily to-do list. Time Block. Lastly, don't be so hard on yourself.
