After a brief-ish hiatus following the birth of her second child, Chloe is back! And she’s teaching weekly. Here’s last Saturday’s fantastic group after a sweaty morning class 🤩

Yesterday’s rehearsal was at Inniswood Gardens 😍 What a dream rehearsal with perfect weather, bird calls, and crunching leaves.

Chloe has begun a new rehearsal process with our 15 performance ensemble members! This work will be performed in the fall and we will post periodic updates and performance info as it comes. This work is very broadly about “care”, in all its forms.

Join Alicia Hann for her next session of Modern Dance for Adults Over 50 at the Peggy R. McConnell Arts Center of Worthington Registration is open for this 8-week class that invites participants to cultivate their physical health and creativity through modern dance. No experience required!

Class description: In this modern class for adults over 50, participants will cultivate strength, coordination, range of motion, flexibility, and creative skills. Whether completely new to dance or returning after many years, join Alicia to experience the physical and cognitive benefits of dance alongside other adults in a supportive community. Seated and standing dance are both welcome.

Join us on January 23-24 in Athens, Ohio for a performance of repertory by The Perennials, PMG's ensemble of older adults. The show includes the very first dance created by the ensemble in 2021, "The Body Remembrance," (featured in the poster below) which uses movement, humor, and text to reflect on the experience of inhabiting an aging body.
