BalletMet 2 Promotion Alert! 🚨⭐

BalletMet is thrilled to announce 4 promotions for the 26/27 season. With the completion of the Spring Academy Showcase, longtime BalletMet Dance Academy students Charlotte Blake, Samson Arthur, Constance Cabanes, and Alaina Warren have officially been promoted to our pre-professional company, BalletMet 2.

Joining BalletMet 2 puts these four talented individuals on the cusp of their professional dance careers. In addition to performing at schools and community events, you can catch them on stage in BalletMet's 26/27 season productions!

Finding joy in movement doesn't stop after the final curtain call.

Spend your summer with BalletMet at an open dance class! Teens, adults, and seniors can choose from one of 7 different dance classes that teach you ballet, tap, and jazz. Each class is designed with different experience levels in mind so there's something for everyone.

Summer classes begin June 2, run through September 2, and take place at the BalletMet Studios in downtown Columbus.

BalletMet is headed back to the best summer hang June 12-14!

The Greater Columbus Arts Council's Columbus Arts Festival is returning to the downtown Columbus riverfront. BalletMet will be joining the fun again this year.

You can find BalletMet all weekend long at these following spots:
1️⃣ Kids Hands-On Activities Village with opportunities to dance, dress up in costumes, and play games with the BalletMet Education team!
2️⃣ On Washington Blvd. with the arts orgs that make Columbus so beautiful with chances for visitors to win special prizes (including tickets to THE NUTCRACKER!)

Calling all future dancers to the barre!!

Introduce your young one to dance, new friends, and lifelong memories at one of BalletMet's Summer Camps. Beginning June 8, BalletMet is offering 5 different theme weeks for you and your little one to choose from:

🦢 Swan Lake Storybook (6/8-18 & 7/27-31)
💂‍♂️ Clara's Nutcracker Adventure (6/15-19 & 7/6-10)
👑 Welcome to the Kingdom (7/20-24)
🐯 Tutus and Tails (7/20-24)
🤖 Dance Time Machine (7/27-31)

Designed for ages 4–8, these camps offer a cool break from the summer heat while giving young dancers a chance to explore movement, make crafts, and get to know classic ballet stories before seeing them performed live during our 26/27 season.
