This 3 bedroom home basically had 2, hallway baths. We closed off the entry from the kitchen to make a true primary bathroom and I'm sure the new owners were thankful!

Demo is messy... but it is also a home in its cleanest form. It allows us to reconfigure rooms while using the space best and include updates along the way.
