, Day 165: A former golf course is now Minerva Park Elementary school, serving the Westerville City Schools. This soon-to-be-LEED Silver certified 70kSF, 2-story building brings natural light, healthy indoor air, and creative educational spaces to this district. Triad Architects designed the building with MEP design for efficiency provided by Osborn Engineering, and it was built by Robertson Construction!

Yesterday, Governor Mike DeWine gave an address at the future site of the University of Rio Grande and Rio Grande Community College: McArthur Center in Vinton County, Ohio.

He announced the commencement and award of grant funding through his Appalachian Community Grant Fund initiative, a $500 Million Dollar program that provides planning and development grants for communities located in Ohio’s 32 County Appalachian Region.

We are thrilled to be a part of this project with Rio Grande and have the opportunity to make such a major impact in this community!

We're honored to say that our Renovation / Addition of Annehurst Elementary with Westerville Schools has won a 2023 Outstanding Design Award with American School and University Magazine.

"Inspired by a 'Treehouse' theme chosen by local students, we transformed a traditional 1960s school building into an immersive learning environment seamlessly integrated with the school’s natural park surroundings."
