Tips to help your wee ones adjust to the time change!

Use morning light
Light resets the body clock
Open curtains or go outside in the morning
Keep evenings dim and calm

Keep bedtime routine identical!
Babies rely on cues. Keep the bath, pajamas, feeding, book/song
Even if the clock changed, the routine tells their body it's sleep time!

Meet Cherish! Cherish has jumped right in helping our sweet families with all of her valuable doula experience!

Hi, I’m Cherish, a Bebo Mia certified full spectrum Doula specializing in postpartum and newborn care. I am a mother of two wonderful littles of which I homeschool. Before doula work, I spent over 10 years in Opthalmology. After having my son during covid, I knew I needed to be home. I'm passionate about motherhood and what that journey should look like with proper support and attentiveness. As my children continue to grow, I fortunately get to nurture this bond daily, and am invested in giving other families this same opportunity to show up rested and well.

I show up as my whole self, warm, grounded, and deeply present, so families can show up to theirs. It will be an honor to support during this season of becoming.

We are always working solo night shifts, so it is nice to all be together for a night!

Together Wee Grow provides overnight and daytime care to families and their newborns.

We are looking to hire a registered nurse or postpartum doula to add to our wonderful team!

Looking to welcome candidates who are kind and compassionate. Must have the proper training and experience working in the childbirth industry and / or during the postpartum period with infants.

Infant / Child CPR training is required along with a Background check. RN or Postpartum Doula certification is required.

Duties include:
Feeding according to parents wishes, bottle preparation bottle/pump cleaning
Supporting the family in this new phase of life.
Providing support to mom in the postpartum phase.
Encouraging babies to sleep long stretches, practicing healthy sleep routines
Soothing and comforting baby
Changing and diapering baby
Keep detailed chart of feeding/sleeping activity
