In anticipation and amplification of the 2020 BET Awards, select social influencers and celebrities were strategically integrated in cross-functional, social-based promotions, all with the objective to set the stage for the award show, impact and engage talent and fans and enable local support to Black-owned businesses.

Okay ladies now let’s get in formation! We would like to take today and every day, to acknowledge the power, glory, and magic women hold. As a woman-owned and led business, we are fortunate to experience what leadership by women truly looks like. In a male dominated industry, we create impact while leading with disruptive thoughts.
While Black History Month is coming to an end, Black history is not. Here, Black history, Black unity, Black expression, Black laughter, Black love, and Black joy are celebrated every day. Our founder and CEO is a true example of making her own table and providing an environment for new and seasoned professionals alike to embrace their superpowers. With that goal in mind, Kim has created a space where PMM can do the same. Creating meaningful initiatives that allow minority communities to establish and build their own tables is truly powerful! We will continue to focus on this goal and develop innovative and engaging ways to do so.
to our “pop up” experience with & ! PMM had the opportunity to discover and gain rich, actionable insights for the “natural and textured” consumer market to better serve her needs. By way of a custom and unique “sharing” platform, we created experiences that allowed the everyday consumer the opportunity to let down her hair and genuinely share her hair care needs, wants, and challenges.

Through strategic planning & ex*****on we have created a blueprint for best practices to guide internal enterprise-wide engagement! As a direct response to the COVID-19 global pandemic, Black Girls SOAR was created designed to provide a “safe space” and digital convening for African American girls, ages 11-22 years old. Former Councilmember Priscilla R. Tyson and partnered with PMM agency to create impactful initiatives in areas of leadership, professional development, financial literacy, self-care, self-love, and more. The Black Girls SOAR campaign has impacted thousands of girls through Central Ohio and has the goal of impacting Black girls nationwide.
