We haven’t posted in a while, and the search for a new project continues. Currently, the market has very little to offer in abandoned properties. We’ve looked at many, but nothing has been a good choice based on amount of work time and money that won’t show a good return on investment.

And so the search begins… we’ve seen one property yesterday and will see another one tomorrow.

It is always with the mixed emotions of happiness, excitement, gratitude, relief, and also sadness that I announce the sale of one of my properties. Today, I am happy to announce that 97 N Warren Avenue has been sold! Saying goodbye to this property was difficult, and there were a few tears shed. But I am eternally grateful and excited that this property has found new owners and that it will actually be a home again.

The perineals are blooming at Warren Avenue !!

In looking at the before and after drawings of this renovation, it is easy to see the extent of the changes that were made, especially to the first floor. A wall was removed between the Kitchen and Dining Room and the entire back addition was rebuilt.
