His & Hers night stand tables completed ✔️ This personal project has been in the works for a while and I’m so happy it’s finally completed. I made my own floral table a while back and told myself that while my husband is deployed, I was going to make his night stand to finish the “his and hers” set. The rattlesnake and feathers are all from our property.

When do I book? Every floral preservationist is different when recommending a good time to book with them, but all of us can agree it should always be *before* the wedding. When you book before the wedding, a few things happen: •you reserve your spot with the preservationist right for you •you receive care instructions on how to keep your blooms fresh before dropping off or shipping •you allow the preservationist to have the supplies needed to take on your bouquet (charged silica ready, the right amount of resin ordered, molds prepped, etc.) •you don’t have to scramble after the wedding when you should be enjoying being newlyweds (or on a plane to a honeymoon), asking multiple preservationists if they have availability. In peak wedding season, most of us get fully booked. Speaking for myself- May is almost all fully booked and I’m sure most other resin artists can say the same. My typical recommendation is 2-4 months before the wedding, but no matter what try to book in advance!

Larkin was born at 27 weeks in Cincinnati, Ohio. His lungs were premature due to lack of amniotic fluid during pregnancy, so he was rushed to the Good Samaritan NICU. He spent 2 months there until he was transferred to Cincinnati Childrens. At 4 and a half months, Larkin's fight ended as he joined many miracle fighters in heaven on the 29th of February, 2020.

As most know, the 29th of February is a leap year day. We only get to celebrate this day every four years. With this being the first leap year day since losing Larkin, we are honoring his life by taking 80% of proceeds from the Forget-Me-Not earrings to go to The Good Samaritan Hospital NICU in Cincinnati, Ohio where Larkin was born. We are continuing Larkins Legacy by helping other NICU babies and families and by doing that, it starts with YOU!
