In Clintonville, Dixon Ct struggled with stormwater runoff leading to unfiltered rainwater finding its way into our streams! With pervious pavers, rainwater has a chance to get filtered, all while adding a timeless look to the street.

Our work in action! 👏 We help ensure meaningful engagement in cities like this one.
Nearly 1,500 residents shared feedback on potential improvements to the Five Points intersection following a community meeting and online survey earlier this year. Key themes from the feedback included:
🚘 50% of respondents use the intersection daily
🚶 Many residents emphasized the importance of pedestrian and bicycle safety
⭕ 55% supported a roundabout concept, with the circular roundabout receiving the most support
Residents also shared important concerns related to emergency vehicle access, impacts to nearby businesses, construction costs and the need for public education if a roundabout moves forward. The project team will continue evaluating options and refining concepts before another round of community outreach this fall. Detailed design is anticipated in 2027, with construction currently projected for 2028.

🎨 Calling all EXPERIENCED Central Ohio muralists!
🗓️ Round One DEADLINE is May 11
Please help spread the word that Columbus Water & Power (CWP) and Friends of the Lower Olentangy Watershed (FLOW) are on the hunt for a talented muralist for the pump station located along the Harrison West Rail Trail, complementing the “Full Circle” and “Waves of the Watershed” murals from previous years (as seen in this image).
Note that this round is a call for artists only, NOT a request for mural designs. Applicants need only submit 2-5 examples of previous mural work. A selection panel comprised of representatives from CWP, FLOW, CRPD, and past One Water muralists will select up to 5 semifinalists who will receive a stipend of $1,000 to develop a concept design for Round Two.
View the full call for artists details on FLOW's website at olentangywatershed.org

Over the last week, more than 100 community members came out to learn about the Short-Range Transit Plan (SRTP) and share what better transit looks like for them.
Every comment, every conversation, every sticky note — all of it directly informs the SRTP, our five-year roadmap for smarter service, better connections and a transit system that works for everyone.
