Creative Studio Architects partnered with and to facilitate an architecture studio session at for local 9th-12th graders! 📐✨

The high school students chose unique educational themes for their own pavilions, mapping out concepts through hand-drawn bubble diagrams and floor plans while mastering scale and vertical circulation. They wrapped up by creating beautiful building elevations and 3D perspectives to showcase their material and daylighting ideas.

We finished the day with a group pin-up session where volunteers presented their final designs. The sheer creativity and energy in the room was inspiring! 🏗️✍️

We are excited to unveil our design for the new Lulu's restaurant at Indian Lake in Russell's Point, Ohio! 🌊🍽️

The new Lulu's will feature lakeside views with expansive indoor and outdoor seating. We've also incorporated a versatile future second-floor space, thoughtfully designed to adapt for either private office use or as a large community event venue.

This restaurant is just one exciting piece of a much larger Indian Lake Boardwalk vision that will bring a vibrant public green space, playgrounds, and fantastic amenities to the Russell's Point community.

This project, as well as the boardwalk development, is anticipated to break ground this summer. We can't wait to see this project come to life and serve as a gathering place for the community. Stay tuned for more updates as we get closer to construction! 🏗️✨

We are thrilled to announce that we’ve been selected to lead the renovation of the 200+ seat auditorium at The Ohio State University Veterinary Medical Center. As the college’s largest lecture hall, this space is a hub for learning and innovation. Our design will expand seating capacity, integrate state-of-the-art AV technology, and deliver a modern aesthetic that reflects the professional quality of OSU’s veterinary program.

Our team of play experts, and original focus group (https://buff.ly/sLnoMGV ), recently visited the completed indoor play café, Little Town. They had so much fun and didn't want to leave. One highlight that brought smiles to their faces was the inclusion of the ball pit, which was the main item on their wish list.

Thank you, Little Town, for allowing us to contribute to the creation of such a fun and imaginative environment for kids to explore, develop, and play!

It begins with an idea...

When we receive a call from an owner inquiring about a project, it typically starts with a brief conversation about how we can assist them in addressing a problem. This initial discussion often leads to a relationship in which our team embarks on a journey of discovery and problem-solving.

The process involves many hours spent exploring and methodically documenting the existing conditions of the building. We engage in numerous conversations with local jurisdictions to gain a clear understanding of zoning requirements, codes, and site limitations. It takes a collaborative team effort to find solutions to the current problem while staying within budget.

What follows are conceptual drawings, estimates, meetings, and discussions. These concepts are revised multiple times, evolving into a more refined concept. It’s examined in three dimensions until it transforms from just an idea into something possible.

Construction recently wrapped up on the 21,000 SF educational facility we designed in Sharonville, Ohio. We're looking forward to sharing more photos of this school soon!

By transitioning our interior palette in a project design to incorporate richer tones, we create a space that feels both inviting and cozy. This thoughtful change fosters an atmosphere of comfort that encourages relaxation and togetherness during those cooler months.
