We partner with adults who voluntarily desire to move to economic self-sufficiency through full-time employment.
Columbus Works is a non-profit organization providing job training and placement services for Columbus, Ohio area residents, who desire to advance out of poverty via full-time employment. We provide job readiness training and placement services for qualifying adults who:
1) Are willing to work
2) Are willing to work with personal employment coach
3) Are able to attend a FREE 5-day workshop

We are so grateful that Columbus City Councilmember Rob Dorans is a champion for our neighbors and providing an opportunity for us to serve even more of them! So much growth in our city and everyone should have access to these opportunities!
I am excited as the new Chair of the Workforce Development Committee for Columbus City Council to invest in our workers. As our city grows, organizations like Columbus Works are integral to maintaining a skilled and diverse workforce.
