It's HUNKY HUMP DAY! I have loved photographing this HUNK several times . . . each time he keeps getting better! What's next? Maybe I can talk him into doing a video session . . . hmmmmmm. . .

It's "What's-for-lunch Wednesday"! I have been doing intermittant fasting so I eat from noon until 8 p.m. Today I am torn between eating my breakfast sandwich (with egg and bacon and cheese) or my chicken chinese salad with napa cabbage, spinach and homemade dressing. What's on your plate?
