Did you know that you can vote in the State of Ohio with a felony conviction if you have not been convicted of crimes related to Ohio’s election laws? These are the ONLY convictions that eliminate one’s ability to vote in Ohio. Individuals in local jails may vote by using an absentee ballot. Individuals incarcerated in an ODRC facility cannot vote while incarcerated but can restore their rights once released.
