2025: prescribed medication as tools, hikes, Prayer, meditation, a fitness class, boxing, long walks, meetings/groups/community, sauna and steam, detox tea, grounding in my bare feet, self reflection, water, personal development as an adult, radical accountability, vitamins and supplements, red light therapy, running, lifting, eating clean foods, journaling, expressing my feelings in healthy ways, setting the boundaries, serving the people and putting others.
