We are making progress, finishing up some outside renovations while the weather is nice ☀️

We are very excited to have acquired the Johnstown Family Restaurant on Oct 1st 2021. We are hiring, DM for details. The plan is to get additional staff hired, go from only being open Saturday and Sunday to open Wednesday Thursday Friday Saturday and Sunday from 7 AM to 2 PM serving breakfast and lunch. (Breakfast all day) We will be modifying the outside with a fresh coat of paint and some other additions then move into the inside to freshen up the place a little bit before spring. we will keep you posted as we make progress.

We have been working on acquiring another property and should have some good news by month end. If you or you know anyone in the Johnstown area looking for a job with or without restaurant experience please DM me for more info. It would be 5 days a week from 7a to 3p Wednesday/Thursday/Friday/Saturday and Sunday

The fence is down and the “side lot” is graded, additional stone added and then rolled. More to come on this beautiful property

Our commercial property conveniently located off 161/16 and is visible from the freeway in Newark is coming along nicely. It has so much potential for multiple uses like a doctor/dentist office, tow truck company, used car lot, the ideas are endless. We are working on the lot next to the building and will post updates soon.

New shrubs, small trees and flowers installed. What else was changed and replaced? First one to guess in the comments gets free coffee from star bucks. ($5)

Old landscaping ripped out and being prepped for new beds including bushes, trees and flowers. Yard treatment also applied to grass!! It is coming along.

We purchased this home and have completed the rehab, we did not get time to advertise for rent and already have a couple signed up and moved in. We will be posting some "new" pics of the property soon!!
