Anyone ever play one of these? It’s a baritone, but it’s only a 26.75” scale. I’ve never played a baritone that small and I’m thinking it might be nice. The video demos I’ve watched are impressive, but I want to get my hands on one (as well as a few other models of theirs) and of course no one in Columbus has them.

Taking some guitar strings in to recycle through D'Addario and Co. . They can be dropped off at The Loft Violin Shop (or other places) if you’re in Columbus and earn points through the D’addario website.

Just dropped my NS Design CR6 fretless to Bill Foley. The piezo is cutting in and out and Bill literally wrote the book on how guitars work.

Trying out my sons Darkglass Electronics ADAM. It’s definitely interesting. If you want subtlety, this isn’t the droid you’re looking for. Should I do a full blown review?

Cleaning up my attic studio and found these Bass Player magazines. It’s far from a complete collection, but it goes from the very first special edition to 2021.

Spent the past few days cleaning up my studio and decided to get rid of a few things. Check them out by the link in the comments.

I have to admit I haven’t been practicing much during this break, so I pulled this beauty out to get back on track. My gorgeous NS Design 5 string EUB. It turns heads at every show and sounds just as good as it looks. The D'Addario and Co. (or is it D'Addario Orchestral ) traditional strings have settled in nicely from its most recent string change.
I can’t wait to get it back out on the road.

Since I got my new glasses, I’ve had trouble with seeing the computer monitors in my studio so I have to switch back to my other glasses while in there. I picked up this guy to keep whatever I’m not wearing off the desk so less chance of scratches. The second picture is the actual alligator we used to have as a pet before Ohio changed their stupid exotic animal laws. She was actually an amazing pet and loved cuddles and scratches.

I’ve had so many projects lately that my workbench is a mess. Soldering cables, guitar adjustments, string changes, and pedalboard additions (see my last post). Next on my list is adding rails to my Banjo. Rails are tiny “capos” for the 5th string, since it defies logic in staring at the fifth fret.
