When RBC first started feeding the OSU Men's Football Team, their nutritionist recommended some adjustments to the recipe. Asking to remove kidney beans (black beans have more protein and fiber), take out anything you can't pronounce, no dairy and pump up the protein. The immediate understanding of how our bodies process foods especially during prolonged physical endurance led RBC to only use locally sourced ingredients and prepare for the best conveyance of the good stuff our bodies need in our work/play/lifestyle environments.

Red Barn Chili is now producing, heat treated, meat inspected frozen packaged chili - built with the same recipe used to feed the OSU Buckeyes at their training table. Naturally to a higher standard!

The second loan was used to build and work my Red Barn Chili wagon. Both loans provided adequate cash flow to keep the business going and both were paid back.
