Cugini Law is Hiring an Administrative Assistant

We're looking for a highly organized, dependable Administrative Assistant to join our growing team.

Legal experience is not required. If you've worked in a law office, that's certainly a plus, but what matters most is competence, attention to detail, professionalism, and a strong work ethic.

The ideal candidate is someone who:
• Is exceptionally organized and dependable
• Has excellent spelling, grammar, and written communication skills
• Pays close attention to details and follows instructions carefully
• Can manage multiple tasks and deadlines without things falling through the cracks
• Is comfortable interacting with clients, courts, vendors, and other professionals
• Maintains confidentiality and professionalism at all times
• Is proficient with Microsoft Office products, particularly Microsoft Outlook and Outlook Calendar (required)
• Has experience with Adobe Acrobat and PDF management (preferred)
• Learns new software and procedures quickly
• Shows up on time and takes ownership of their responsibilities

Responsibilities may include:
• Managing calendars and scheduling appointments
• Handling incoming calls and client communications
• Drafting and proofreading correspondence
• Organizing electronic and physical files
• Assisting attorneys with administrative and case-management tasks
• Managing documents, PDFs, and electronic records

This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in doing things correctly, stays organized under pressure, and enjoys being an essential part of a professional team.
