The Arena District is a planned mixed-use development offering proximity to the city’s best entertainment venues, restaurants, and events.

The Astor Park development emphasizes an active, balanced lifestyle with a connection to both downtown and the riverfront bike trail.

Refinery 191 served as an incubator space for Nationwide Insurance. The repurposed office suite was turned into a full-service tech solutions hub that encouraged collaboration and inspired new brand concepts. With the use of industry standard visuals, LRA worked with Nationwide’s in-house innovation team to design a flexible environment that reflects creativity through materials, colors, and graphics.

Located in the heart of Columbus’ Short North Arts District, the Offices at the Joseph completed in collaboration with Arquitectonica’s New York office, introduces a dramatic shift at the third story that allows the six-story structure to maintain a three-story street presence on High Street. The modern New York style lobby showcases high end finishes including a custom wood panel wall with integrated light boxes.
