Alright so now that the wedding is finally over and life can continue on 😅😅😅 I’m gearing up to go full blast back into my businesses. So yall will see promotions, ads, etc for both All-Star Fitness aka Brown Family Fitness and JDB Projects LLC.

As far as fitness goes. I will be going back to my private gym in Hilliard August 1st. I am currently opening my books for free consultations for an August 1st start date! Get in early to secure a spot on the new roster!!! I specialize in group fitness, power lifting, circuit/HIIT training, boxing fitness/fundamentals, youth/sport fitness and more!!!
